1.) My coffee addiction. Cold Turkey. No more.
2.) Soda...not cold turkey. Only 24oz a day.
3.)Crap food? no more.
4.) Worrying. What will happen will happen.
Things that are coming back. NOW.
1.)Daily exercise...A lot
2.) Good food, green pretty tasty.
3.) "de-stress" time.
4.) Art.
That's how I need to be. Or I will explode. It is what it is.
